Outfit of the Day: Birthday Dinner For Mom

My mom's birthday was earlier this week!

My husband and I took my mom and step dad out for a birthday dinner and while I was at it I also got to take out my new Trashy Diva Day dress in Green Kimono. I usually don't get to wear my pretty dresses during the week when I'm working so having an excuse to get dressed up after work was a nice change of pace. Plus I love my momma so it was to get to spend some time with her celebrating the special day!

Outfit of the Day:

For this day's activities I wore my Trashy Diva Day dress in Green Kimono. I paired this with basic black flats and a black cardigan to keep me warm.

  1. Just TOO gorgeous - really love this dress on you. The black really works with it because of the black frog closures at the front. Hope your Mum had a lovely birthday! X

    1. Thank you Bristol! Sorry to hear you missed picking up this print during the black Friday sale! I can really see the Anna dress on you. I wonder what style you would pick. Maybe there will be another sale soon! I have some gift certificates burning a hole in my pocket but I'm trying to hold out for a sale :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a presidents day sale though I know it will be unlikely because that is also Mardi Gras weekend and those ladies are going to be partying it up! But maybe. Or maybe Valentine's day :)

    1. Hi CiCi. Thank you! It's a fun print for sure! At first I thought beach balls too! But I heard that it might actually be Chinese lanterns. I don't think I've ever seen Chinese lanterns like this before though so I'm still with you and thinking it's beach balls ;)
